Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Brighton, BN1 :
Conveniently set back from the road, which itself will further the tranquillity of living here, this house has everything you could want. The front garden is a canvas to do with what you wish, and once through the good size tiled and painted porch, the experience continues. The hallway tails off into either the well-sized lounge, great for all the family to commune for movie night, or the generous dining room big enough to seat even the most extended families! The kitchen and cloakroom make for a convenient everyday living arrangement, as does the conservatory, perfect for quiet Sundays reading or studying.Upstairs, a choice of three bedrooms awaits you, which one will you choose? The cherry on the cake is the garden, which comes complete with a Jacuzzi! We’ve no doubt you’ll enjoy spending hot summer nights in there watching the sun set over the South Downs National Park. You could even be mistaken for thinking you’re on holiday when this happens!Parking is available on-street, and the bus route runs along the same road, offering access to central Brighton. Access to the A23 and A27 is only a matter of minutes away, so travelling anywhere from here won’t be a problem. A plethora of schools are close by as are all local amenities.
This has been a wonderful home for us during the last 40 years; but we now feel that we need single story living. In the summer we often ate al fresco in the back garden, whilst enjoying views of the South Downs. Sometimes we relaxed in the Jacuzzi hot tub with a drink and watched the sun go down. During the Christmas period we have a great time, usually with 14 people, having a sit down meal in the large dining room. After the meal everyone spreads out into the conservatory, sitting room and dining room.
The porch at the front has been very useful since we acquired a dog; we can wipe her muddy paws and remove our shoes before stepping into the house.
