When we were looking to buy this house 10 years ago, we wanted a home that our family could grow into. We liked the fact that this was a solid house with plenty of storage and a good size garden. Being set back from the road has meant that it is nice and quiet. Over the years, we have modernised the house by installing a new kitchen and bathroom. We have only just completed the utility room and this had been great for using as an ironing room and to house the pets when we've been out for a walk. It is such a convenient place to live as we've got schools nearby as well as a doctors surgery and dental surgery within walking distance, it is an easy walk to Ashford Designer Outlet and International station to get the 38 minute high speed link to London.
