Having always lived locally, when this home came available, we knew how highly sought after the area was. Buying a new build was great for us, as it was the perfect setting to prepare for a family. With 2 hectic work schedules and 2 young children, the home runs itself, as there is nothing to maintain – everything is new! We love having friends for dinner and the underfloor heating is a real luxury. Another bonus is the children’s rooms – with so many toys and clothes to store, we were surprised at how spacious they actually are, and the built-in cupboards keep all the mess hidden neatly away.
Family commitments are now taking us out of the area, but we know a new buyer will love our home as just much as we do.
