We have owned our home for 20 years and have enjoyed living in the village. It has been very convenient and the size of the rooms were certainly a big attraction.
Another thing that appealed to us was the garden size, we enjoy our outside space and the large decked area is ideal for barbecues and is not really overlooked.
We now have three cars which we are able to park off road which again was a real bonus compared to other houses we viewed at the time.
We have been very happy here and are sure the new owners will be as well.
