We bought this property as a project and the whole house needed updating from the floor upwards! These works include double glazing throughout, a new bespoke kitchen, boiler and central heating system. The internal doors have replaced, the patio doors added and all the lighting has been change. The conservatory is new and we also put in the downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs we changed the layout so we could add a third bedroom which has worked really well for us as a family.
When we built the porch we block paved the drive and lastly the garden has been landscaped. We hope the new owner will enjoy the fruits of our labour.
