We were moving down to Horsham with our young family for a better quality of life. We wanted somewhere safe and quiet for them to grow up, a decent size garden that we wouldn’t be a slave to and as much bedroom space as we could find and this house certainly ticked those boxes for me. As soon as we walked in we knew that this would be the house that we would live in until we retired, and we were right as that was 44 years ago!

We have always been happy with the electric heating, the economy 7 tariff is very economical and gives you 11 hours of usage per day, whilst the double glazing, loft and wall insulation help to keep the property warm.
