I honestly don't think there is a better spot for a young or growing family to live. Westwood Cross and all the big shops are approximately within ¼ of a mile and the local schools are even closer. Also, it's lovely walk to Broadstairs town or the beach.

Unlike a lot of three bedroom houses, the third room is a decent size, so there shouldn't be any arguments over who gets the best room!
