For over 25 years this has been a wonderful place to live.

I enjoy the garden but also in such a convenient position it's hard not to take advantage of the beach and Tankerton Slopes, such a lovely walk.

A new boiler and some new carpets have been installed in the last year or so as well as a lot of fresh painting, so now owners should be able to move straight in.

Friendly neighbours and a well established area, it will be sad to leave it.
