We chose our home, as it stood out as having a really inviting look about it; a certain “kerb appeal” that was lacking in other houses we saw. Nicely set back from the road we were delighted to have off road parking, which makes life easy when you come home from work or want to get your shopping indoors quickly and the garage en-bloc was a bonus too.

It has proved a really friendly location to live; there is so much on offer locally, schools, outdoor pursuits at Leybourne Lakes Country Park and swimming at Larkfield Leisure Centre. Commuting is a breeze, hop onto the motorway, catch a train at a choice of stations and there’s a great coach service to London as well.
