Also we really like the fact the lounge area is open to the dining area and the kitchen is right next to the dining area. The bedrooms are good sizes and we have added wardrobes to the third bedroom. The garden is perfect for us as it is easy to maintain and there is side access. The integrated garage is a good size for storage and could be converted into another room if required (subject to building regulations), as a few properties have done in the close.
