The extensive garden attracted me to this property plus the space the house had to offer. I also bought it as East Wickham School is on the corner where my grandchildren attended, which enabled me to see them every day. I am also able to walk to the shops, get to a bus stop or train station easily.

I am now moving to the coast to be nearer to where my children now live, but will be sad to leave this area and my lovely home. I wish the next owners all the best.
