We love the concept of open plan living and our kitchen area and living/dining area soon became the heart of the house. It is such a great size room and such a sociable one too, we could be working in the kitchen area whilst the children are playing and yet we are still together.We liked this particular plot because of the garden; we felt that it was a lot bigger than other properties available, it has a lovely sunny aspect so we get plenty of sunshine throughout the afternoon and evening. Just as important, it didn’t have lots of properties directly behind overlooking us.
