We can’t believe we’ve been here all these years! We remember when we looked for our family home that we got so much more for our money here which is still the case. Although we’re not right in the thick of Brighton, it’s so easy to get into town either by bus, car or even bike and if you want to go further afield the A23 and A27 are not far away.

We’ve replaced the kitchen and bathroom and had a new central heating system installed in 2014 along with having all the windows and external doors replaced. The cavity wall insulation has helped keep down the bills too! Oh, and if you’re avid Brighton fans like we are the Amex stadium is just a stroll away!
