Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Dorking, RH4 :
If you're looking for a family home in a fantastic location that still has room for you to improve and make your own then look no further! Once inside the lounge is a good size and the perfect spot to watch television or put your feet up with a good book. The dining area is the entire width of the house and is ideal if you have family and friends over for Sunday lunch. It is open to the kitchen area so the chef of the house won't miss out on any of the conversation whilst putting the finishing touches to the meal. Both the dining area and garden have views towards Ranmore so just sit back, relax and enjoy the view.Upstairs the bedrooms are all a good size so are perfect if you have a growing family or need space for guests to stay over. The bathroom has been made into a shower room in recent years but could be turned back into a bathroom with a shower over the bath if you prefer. With off street parking and a good size garden with plenty of room for the children's toys this really is a home you could move into but improve and make your own over time.If location is important and top of your wish list then this is the house for you!
I have lived here for around 50 years and it has been the ideal home to bring up my family.
It is in a fantastic location being close to the High Street, walking distance to the station and it's also a short walk to St Paul's and The Ashcombe school.
I extended the kitchen many years ago and in recent years have had a new boiler fitted, a new front door and porch and 2 years ago I put in a new shower room.
I will miss the quiet location and my fantastic neighbours - there is a real community spirit here. I have now found a retirement flat that I am looking to downsize to and hope the next owners will enjoy as many happy years living here as I have.
