The fact that we have lived in this house for over 25 years shows you how much we have enjoyed being here. When we first saw it we knew it was the one for us as it offered so much space, far more than anything else we had seen. We wanted a substantial house for us to raise our family and it has proved to be perfect. Over the years we have made lots of improvements, including installing double glazing, central heating, decorated and made the cellar into a more useable space. Being so central has been ideal as everything is within walking distance. Now that the kids have grown up and moved on, the house is far too big for the two of us, so we are now downsizing and it is time for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have
