It has been a great home for me over the last 12 years as it really has met all my needs especially with the sunny garden and the views are second to none!!It is a great location as the A27 and M23 are so close but far enough away not to even realise so its perfect for commuting.I really will miss the house but hope somebody can enjoy it as much as I have.
