We fell in love with this house 14 years ago and we remember instantly knowing that this was the house for us. We didn't realise it then but have since completely fallen for the village of Capel and so it has been effortless bringing up a family here as it is so safe for the kids and the local shop, pub, petrol station and recreation ground with cricket, tennis, football and a children's play park are all within walking distance. All three children have grown up in this house and have all been to the excellent pre-school and primary school in the centre of the village so it is absolutely ideal for family life. Since living here, we have re-decorated, added a new kitchen, completely transformed the garden and have also added two very handy sheds.
