We have lived in this house for 45 years and it has been a lovely home and village to live in and bring up our family. We were married in the village church, our children were christened there and then they all went to the village school. We took the children to the local play group many years ago and now they have grown up and had families of their own we belong to the craft club and horticultural club. There is something to do for all ages from the cricket and tennis club to the WI, to walking the dog on local farmland and footpaths.
We are now looking to downsize as the garden is getting too much for us. We would love to stay in Capel if we can and hope the new owners enjoy as many happy years here as we have.
