We moved here 12 years ago and it needed a lot of work but we could see so much potential in it. We also loved the location and size of the garden. Since being here we have pretty much changed everything, we once had the ground floor entirely open plan, then we closed it up again to have the cosy lounge.

The location is great because we always walk into Margate to relax in one of the bars or coffee shops and enjoy an evening meal at one of the many restaurants.
Not only that but we have a member of the family who has a beach hut in the summer. We also regularly use the little cinema in Westgate on Sea. We really love the area and I think the fact we will be staying local is a credit to that.
