When I started looking for properties a few years ago, being close to shops and transport links were top of my priorities as I tended to walk most places.

I never really thought of moving to North Bersted, but when I viewed the property I realised just how convenient it was as I work in Chichester and shops were just down the road.

As I often have friends and family visit having the driveway and garage has been a godsend.
