When we moved to Felpham some years ago we wanted a family home in a quiet location where we could bring up our children. Having looked around the area Felpham seemed to be the perfect place for us. It was close to the shops, transport links plus good schools.

When we viewed Bala Crescent it had everything that we had wanted plus having the driveway and garage has been great.

We are just looking to move back to family, but hope that the new buyers have as many happy memories as we have had here.
