Situated within 7 minute car journey from the city of Chichester, it's been our home for 35 years. We shall miss our sightings of the little deer that resides in the field opposite our house and the larger herd between here and Lavant. Also, the display of beautiful bluebells in the local woods each spring, and our regular walks to the Kingley Vale Nature Reserve. However, times change, our sons are adults and flown the nest with children of their own. We are moving closer to assist with the grand children, and with intentions of building many more cherished memories. Hopefully a win, win situation as we move from beautiful countryside to seafront walks in retirement.
