When I first moved here, I had my daughter and two children living with me, so to have the open space just across the road was a great benefit, added to which the local schools were a god send too. My daughter has now moved to Gateshead, and this is where my future now lies with her. Although I will miss the friends and family I am leaving behind, I know that I am leaving a great property for the next lucky owners to enjoy.
