Having lived here for 27 years we have certainly enjoyed watching the kids grow up and make the most out of the area.

Clayhall Park is just down the road to enjoy days out as well as Gants Hill station that you can walk to easily get into town.

Having 2 daughters the additional sink that was fitted in the second bedroom allowed for them to do their makeup in their room and free up the bathroom for the rest of family.

It will be sad to leave our home and great neighbours but it is now time for us to downsize.
