At the mini roundabout take the third exit on the right into Pitfairn Road and continue along the B9140 to Coalsnaughton. Continue through and then take the last turning on the left before leaving Coalsnaughton and then first right into Muircot Drive and No 15 is situated on the left hand side of the road and is clearly signposted.
