We bought the house from brand new 2011, it was so easy for us to move in and not do anything to it.

When we walked into the living room we loved the doors and windows leading out into the garden. In the summer it is lovely to have them open, we had not seen a new build with that before.

The solar panels really helped in the winter as it assists heating the water for the central heating and shower and uses less gas.

The cul-de-sac is nice and quiet too and it will be a shame to see it go.
