We have lived in Gravesend for just over thirty years, but had experimented moving abroad to Spain for a short while, and found that it wasn’t for us so we decided to come back ‘home’. It was then that we found this ‘little gem’ that we fell in love with. As soon as we viewed, we immediately knew this home suited us perfectly. We loved the open plan living accommodation, with the French doors opening up the space on offer onto the private rear garden. As it catches the sun all day, we had to have an awning fitted for shade which is remote controlled, so really easy to function. We have been very happy here but now, as we are pensioners and for health reasons, we are moving to an apartment as we no longer want to have stairs.
