Having lived here now for over a quarter of a century, it's fairly obvious that it has been an amazing home for us. We can't rant and rave about the location enough with everything being located on the doorstep. It's well located for schools - especially the Ashcombe, and incredibly convenient for Dorking mainline and Dorking Deepdene stations, with direct links to London in less than an hour making it a dream come true for commuters too. It's a brilliant size and is just right for family life with plenty of options for which to use each room. Since living here we have replaced and re-modelled the kitchen/breakfast room and maintained the house well over the years. It's a great home for bringing up a family.
