Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Whitstable, CT5 :
Only moments from road links into London and a rather handy supermarket too, yet this home and location has a quiet, friendly feel, tucked away from busy roads. The owners have invested significantly in recent years and the finish is a real delight. The open plan style, lounge/dining/kitchen area is crisp, modern and light and is a great social area for the family to get together. The kitchen itself is well fitted with a wonderful range of units and work space. So for entertaining friends for dinner you have a luxury area to work in.With a conservatory stretching across the back there is a lot of 'extra' space. So whether it be a quiet spot to relax with a book, or opened up to link with the rest of the home with the pantry in full swing, the choice is yours.Even as you step inside there is a sense of space, the porch area is oversized, with conveniently enough room for pushchairs, coats, shoes etc!Outside the garden is a feature. The sunny aspect and relative privacy will be a delight on those warm summer days.A short drive to the beaches of Whitstable or Tankerton or stretch your legs at the 'crab and winkle' footpath which connects back into Whitstable via the station. A really lovely home that will be prefect for a family, don't miss your chance to have a look around.
We hope new owners enjoy living here as much as we have. The neighbours are really friendly people which helps give a real sense of community to our little cul de sac.Despite being tucked out the way of passing traffic, it is handy that we can walk into town, or if your a commuter, as many are nearby, you can walk to the station easily too. The driveway follows the length of the house and 3 cars can be parked easily, with access to the rear garden through the side gate. Tesco's is close (but not to close!), which is handy for shopping of course. For a more indulgent shopping trip, the drive to Canterbury only takes a short while.
