Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Whitstable, CT5 :
Walk into this beautiful family home and you will not have to lift a finger. All the work has been done for you. So just unpack your boxes, pop the kettle on, organise your furniture and then 'Bobs your Uncle'.Sit back and enjoy your new abode. With the master bedroom having an en-suite you can catch a few extra minutes in bed as those morning bathroom queues are a thing of the past.Unusually for a family home all of the bedrooms are a very generous size. So no more fighting as to who gets which bedroom and even more important there is space enough that you will not have to consider moving again for many years to come. The garden is also a real winner here. It is large enough for a family to enjoy it, but not so large that you could end up becoming a slave to it. As the days are starting to brighten up a little now you can plan that house warming party and with the patio being such a great size, perhaps a BBQ would be the way to go ahead.Jump into your car and before you know it you will be in town where you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the shops and harbour and you can remind yourself of just how fortunate you are to live in this very special part of the English coast.
I own a shop in Birchington so as well as having a home that was practical inside it was equally important that I could get to and from work easily. This location is great for getting onto the Thanet Way.When I first viewed the house I loved the amount of space there was which is unusual for a modern property. Having an en-suite was also important as I have family who stay overnight.I can be in the centre of town in 5 minutes and take a stroll around the shops (always on the lookout for any ideas for my own one).I will miss my home but am now looking to down size to something a little smaller.
