We bought our home 26 years ago and brought our family up here. It is a friendly and convenient location excellent for getting to schools for all ages, there is a local shop for your daily needs and a selection of supermarkets and a doctor’s surgery close by.

There are some wonderful leisure pursuits locally, including swimming pools at the Larkfield Leisure Centre, Tiny Town for toddler amusement and the 250 acres of lakeland at Leybourne Lakes Country Park where you can try windsurfing, scuba diving and fishing too.

We feel it is a great place whether you are starting out, for a family and not too big when children have flown the nest!
