Location is essential when you are choosing where to raise your family. This home is in a fantastic area which has a variety of schools close by for children of all ages including an award winning nursery. When you have some free time you still have a variety of amenities within reach with Margate town, Westgate village and Westwood Cross all only a short drive away. The home has an open plan lounge/dining area and the dining area is just off the kitchen, which makes dishing out the evening meal nice and easy. The dining area also opens up into the garden so you can entertain friends and family in the warmer months. If you want even more space then you have the beach within walking distance.Upstairs there are two double bedrooms which could easily accommodate your larger bedroom furniture and the third bedroom would make an ideal nursery or even a study or an office if you work from home.At the front you have off street parking, and as with most modern family requirements you have two spaces. For those nights when you haven't got time to prepare a home cooked meal you have arguably the next best thing with an M & S food store at the end of the road.
We moved here over 20 years ago when we had young children of our own. We had Hartsdown and King Ethelbert schools within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which was perfect when they got older and went to university in Canterbury.
Since being here we have constantly redecorated and insulated the loft and cavity walls, we also upgraded the facias and guttering.
It's lovely and quiet here and we have got to know a lot of our neighbours over the years. As we have got older we now get to entertain our grandchildren here, but now we need somewhere a bit smaller and hope that another family can enjoy it as much as we have.
