We were attracted to this property because of where it was situated and it has a beautiful 70ft rear garden. Since living here we have added the en-suite area, changed the central heating system, added a new kitchen and bathroom.

We have loved living in the conservation area, and being near to Shrewsbury Park has been great because we have a dog. The views are absolutely stunning.

We now have a yearning to move closer to the sea, and we have found our next dream home in Brighton. We wish the new owners the very best of luck and hope they enjoy their new home as much as we did.
