We bought this house brand new back in 1999, we chose this particular one because of the size of the plot. The parking and space on the front was a lot larger than most of the others. We needed a lot of space to park our boat, car and trailer plus another 2 cars which our drive does easily.

The neighbours are also lovely and nearly all of them are the same families that moved in around the same time as us.
