I have lived here for many years now and not only do I love the road for all the obvious reasons, but I love the garden. The garden is such a wonderful size and perfect for me as I have a few sheds for storage, I have my patio area along with a vegetable growing area. I'll miss the garden as the property I have found hasn't quite got the size of this one but still enough to grow my vegetables.

The reasons I bought Lavender Hill still hold true today, a quiet road - so close to the station and the wide range of facilities offered by the town centre - A good sized house with an enormous garden, complete with grapevine patio.
