I think the location is a big attraction to this property. Not only is it in a quiet close but there is a close-knit community with a great neighbourly feel. The countryside is so close and long walks on the South Downs are a joy.

Transport links were very important for me when I was searching for a new home. They are certainly close enough from here to make it perfect for me as I commute every day and there is very little fuss getting in and out of town. Portslade train station is nearby, there is a regular bus service on Hangleton Lane and good road links. Having a supermarket nearby has been very convenient too and local schools for all stages are within walking distance which makes it a great family home.
