Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Chatham, ME5 :
Wow!! This place is impressive!!The current owners have been living here for over 32 years, simply because of the location and how quiet it is. It is pretty light and airy throughout which provides such a welcoming and homely feeling, even on a bad day your spirits will be lifted as soon as you walk through the front door. Whether you have a young or growing family, the living space on offer is ideal. Everyone will be able to enjoy a nice Sunday roast in comfort.Several changes have been made to the property over the years so it is pretty modern throughout. The downstairs toilet is almost priceless really, not only useful if you have children, but also on those mornings when you are trying to get ready for work. It is also quite handy when you have guests visiting. No updating is required, so it is just a case of moving in, unwind and enjoy your new home. If you enjoy being outside then you will love the secluded and private rear garden, which is also nice to enjoy as a family in the summer months.
We chose to live in this road because the house suited us at the time.As a family, space was important so to have it both inside and out, meant we could stay for a very long time which has turned out to be the case. The houses in this particular road don't come up that often. We have made several changes over the years in order to maintain a high standard of presentation, but one thing we have done is kept it relatively neutral. If we had to choose, then our kitchen is the best part as it has all the modern appliances one would need. In addition, we do enjoy sitting in the lounge area, whilst appreciating the great outlook we have over our rear garden. Our reasons for leaving this happy home is simple, it is far too big for us now so it is time to downsize.
