I have lived here for fifty years whilst it has been in mine and my family’s ownership in all of that time. It has proved to be a lovely place to live, a friendly neighbourhood and although part of an estate it is one of the quieter and more peaceful roads away from the busier parts, there is little passing traffic, as that is taken mainly on The Avenue.

I have made improvements over the years and added double glazing; by replacing the soffits, fascias and guttering it certainly cuts down maintenance here. My passion has been the garden which I will miss terribly but warmer climates beckon as a new chapter is set to begin abroad and I am therefore able to sell our home chain free.
