We were looking for a house in this particular area as it had good local bus and commuter routes, was near to good schools and walking distance to a railway station. That was twenty five years ago and we never moved! Since then a high speed train service to St Pancras from Gravesend or Ebbsfleet International, taking just twenty minutes, is just a short five minute drive away. There are local shops and two large supermarkets nearby which are perfect for the weekly shop. A park is also down the road where children can let off some steam.
What we liked most about the house is that it is not overlooked from the front or back. The house is not recognisable from when we moved in as we have extended both to the back and side.
