We purchased our home off plan after seeing the show home as it was conveniently located suited our needs and had the perfect layout providing lots of good useable space and plenty of light. The kitchen/diner is definitely the heart of the home where we spend most of our time. In the warmer months we open up the patio doors which makes the garden become part of the kitchen/diner. Because we spend so much time in this area we have updated the appliances for state of the art ones including a pyrolitic self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, water softener and induction hob.

Hawkinge has everything you need from shops a church schools etc and is a great place to live.
