We have lived in this house for over a decade and will take away memories of lots of happy times here. Our neighbours are friendly and it is really quiet and peaceful, yet only around a twelve minute walk to High Brooms station which is really handy for travelling to London in less than an hour. We added a new boiler about three years ago and replaced all the windows and doors just this year. There is also plenty of storage space provided inside and outside and what really works is the garage and additional parking for two cars. A new local primary school will be completed this September, and the upgrade to the local roads will be a real advantage for getting out and about. We have had so many happy times here and wish the new owners the same.
