I always liked this position it’s been very quiet. I’m sure the new owners will also love it as well, the large back garden has always been brilliant for sitting out sunbathing in, reading a book, or playing games with the kids –I’ve done them all.

I’ve always found it really handy having extra parking at the front as well and just generally how quiet the road is as you don’t get very much passing traffic at all. It feels quite safe, certainly not busy and of course you have some good schools close by and the shops nearby which you can just walk down to and it’s handy not having to drive everywhere- or do the school run and battle the traffic.
