Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Banstead, SM7 :
When looking to buy a family home, it is almost impossible to find a property that ticks all the boxes. Certain things you can change, but some you can’t. Location and garden size are two main points that can be of pivotal importance that you can’t change later. Best of all with this property, you can experience “the Village lifestyle”, leaving the car at home to enjoy the wealth of good quality shops, cafes and restaurants that make this such a popular area to live in.With a sizeable rear garden there is plenty of space for the children to play whilst the adults entertain their guests on those long sunny Sunday afternoons.Since moving in, the current owners have made several enhancements.More recently they have fitted new bi-fold doors to the dining room and created a raised decking area which is lovely for entertaining in the summer. All of the flooring has been renewed on the ground floor and double glazing replaced where needed. The kitchen was changed about 4 years ago.
I had already fallen in love with the Banstead area prior to purchasing this property and downsized from a larger home. I moved here in 1986 and have been very happy here whilst raising my family.
The location has been so convenient. Public transport is good, I can walk to Banstead station in around 10 minutes, to take a train to London or Sutton and walk up to the High Street to get a bus to Sutton, Epsom or Reigate.
I was planning to spend my retirement here but have since decided to help my children get onto the property ladder, so it’s time release some of my assets.
I hope the next owners will be as happy here as I have been.
