We have lived happily here for nearly 40 years and this has been a fantastic house in which to bring up our children and also for our grandchildren to stay in. The location was most important to us when we chose this house over all the others that we viewed, for so many reasons; we are on the Ramsgate/Broadstairs borders, so it is easy to get to both towns by foot, car or bus; and we can easily walk to the Eastern Esplanade at Ramsgate, or through King George VI park to Dumtpon Gap at Broadstairs. There are convenience shops on Hereson Road, the railway station at Dumpton Park; and this road is a quiet cul de sac where we can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun having happy family times. We are now looking to downsize but stay very local.
