The area has schools, a train station and local shopping in Southwick Square as well as supermarkets nearby. Southwick's Health Centre, Library and The Barn Theatre are all within a short walk and so it really is a good community.

There is scope to convert the front garden to off road parking once the relevant planning permission is granted which would make life a little easier, although there is free on road parking available.
