We have lived in the property for 25 years and during our time here we have used the ample space available to create a warm comfortable environment in which to bring up our children during their formative years.

The house itself is situated in a quiet neighbourly cul-de-sac and we have benefited from easy access to public transport, shops and other local amenities. In addition the South Downs, just a short walk away to the north and Southwick Beach, a five minute drive to the south, have provided us with endless hours of fun and recreation. We are moving to be nearer family and just wish we could take the house with us.
