Full Details for 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached for sale in Chatham, ME5 :
What an outstanding house this is positioned in a sought after location in Walderslade. If you are looking for a property that is in walking distance to the village centre, local doctors surgery, a local bus stop and only a short drive from key motorway connections that will take you to Blue water, M25 and London then this is going to be your dream home. There is ample off road parking at this house which I am sure you will appreciate especially when you have guest coming around. There is also a garage which in this case can be used as another storage area to store those items that you will not want in the living space of the house. The rear garden is not over looked by other houses at the rear of the property, so the benefit to you is the garden is very private. This house is an end of chain, this could mean that the sale could go through in your timescales. The interior of the house is open plan which can be an advantage to many perspective purchasers. You will get a real feeling of space in this property which I am sure you will appreciate. Another key benefit of this house is it is in the catchment area of some of the best schools in this area.

I wasn’t even looking for a house when I first came across Oak Terrace but when I walked past and saw the board I knew I wanted it. It’s the location that really attracted me; it was close to Dargets Primary as well as being within the catchment for Tunbury. I could easily walk to the shops and my husband; who travels a lot for work, could drive straight up the road and easily onto the motorway. The house itself was a mess, but that was something we were prepared for in view of the area. We soon set to work renewing the kitchen, one of the big changes we made was opening up the kitchen and dining area. Although they are still separate, opening the entrances give the whole place a feeling of space.
