What the owner says:
We initially chose this house 6 years ago for 2 reasons, the open aspect to the front and rear and the size of the plot. Although the house needed a huge amount of work, we knew we could create the sort of space we wanted.
6 years and virtually a brand new house later (2 extensions, one to the rear and a double storey to the side, new electrics, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, windows throughout, a roof and lots more besides) we think we have achieved what we set out to do.
The things we love about the property:
The open but flexible layout which has been great for us as a young family needs no adaptation to suit different circumstances.
The garden is a good size and is great for bbqs and family get togethers as it gets the sun for much of the day. There is access to the service road to the back so if anyone wanted to add a garage there is the possibility of doing that.
The now huge loft space has huge potential for anyone who may want to develop the house further.
Chessington North Station is only 10 mins walk away and being near the end of the line, a seat practically guaranteed even in rush hour.
