Living here has been great, it really is a lovely area to live. Being tucked away means we're in a very private position and parking is easy as you can park in the close or on Boxgrove and walk up the path to the house.

The sun room is very useful and has a view of the garden which is a real sun trap. The house would suit a family very well with shops, amenities and schools close by.

We have found a property that we want to move to and are ready to go although this has been a wonderful home and we are sure the next owners will be very happy living here.
