What attracted me most to this house in particular was the amount of space and the size of the bedrooms compared to all the other houses I viewed.

As the house has been extended downstairs, it offers plenty of living space for all the family, with the benefit of a downstairs cloakroom too. This has meant that we can have family parties and barbeques without our guests having to go upstairs to use the bathroom!

Since I have been here I have redecorated throughout and re-carpeted upstairs and put new windows at the front and back doors, and the kitchen. I have removed the wall at the front and opened up the parking allowing room for up to five cars to park.
